A sustained drum‑based practice for remaining oriented while holding complexity, intensity, or others.
This arc includes The Beat and continues into The Conversation, where rhythm becomes a reference point for responding, relating, and adapting.
Selected traditional rhythms may be introduced as stabilizing structures.. not as repertoire, but as support for continuity.
Musical focus:
Foundational improvisation & orientation through rhythm, over time.
You’ll be:

Able to allow myself “space"
I was looking for a different approach to working through my emotional patterns and another resource for when I find myself struggling.
Now I am able to allow myself “space” before reacting to others. I am able to stop, listen to what was said, get in touch with how it made me feel and then decide how I want to respond.
I have discovered the truth inside of me. It's expressed authentically through the drum that I play. This energetic connection to source is powerful and nourishing.
Daniel's method of teaching has allowed me to explore my creativity, my resistance, and so much more, in a completely relaxed and joyful way.

Once I would settle in how quickly my awareness of like, wow, there is stuff that's on my radar. There are things in my heart that I'm not paying attention to and just how quickly those things would come to fruition and how beautiful the process of sitting with the drum and myself and with you there is assisting how quickly I had relief.
