A Live Tune Yourself Orientation

Different Doors. Same Practice.

This is not a class.

It’s not a performance.

And it’s not a sales presentation.

It’s an experience of orientation.

If something in your life feels slightly — or significantly — out of tune, this session offers a way to feel where you are before trying to change anything.

Not to fix.

Not to decide.

Just to orient.

What This Live Session Is

This is a live, guided Tune Yourself orientation.

You’ll experience the practice through two different musical doorways — piano and drum — both leading to the same underlying capacity:

listening, presence, and response.

Some people orient more easily through harmony.

Some through rhythm.

Both arrive at the same place.

You don’t need musical training.

You don’t need to prepare.

You don’t need to decide anything in advance.

You’re simply invited to notice what happens when orientation comes first.

What You’ll Experience Live

This 60 minute session is designed so you can feel this practice, not just hear about it.

We’ll explore, experientially:

  • Why control often shows up when orientation is missing

  • How orientation supports nervous system regulation

  • Why clarity and creativity return when safety returns

You’ll move through two orientation doors:

Piano - Playing the Fields

An experiential introduction to how seeing the whole reduces fear and restores movement.

Drum - Tune Yourself with rhythm

A somatic orientation using pulse and timing to support grounding, presence, and coherence.

You will not be asked to perform.

You will be invited to listen. And to feel.

And notice what you notice.
