Listening Meditation (15 minutes)

This meditation offers gentle guidance to support a receptive, non‑judgmental quality of attention. You do not need to adopt the imagery or concepts.

Simply listen and notice what happens.

You may want to sit comfortably during this. Closing your eyes can make it easier to listen more deeply. A quiet environment can help, but it is not required.

Simply notice what is already present.

Ambient sound.
Breath.
Sensation.

Notice any impulse to fix, explain, or move away.

Give yourself the experience of simply letting things arrive.
